Mellow Morning!

Seriously this morning was just nothing like my normal Friday mornings. I was with out the usual morning laughter to get me going. You see I usually start the morning with a little Love and Joy from Trish, Sue, and Lori. Then a visit by our good friend Lance. Today I just ran on the treadmill and did the squat X press with out Tony checking my form. It's just not the same.
